What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It varies by product — from 500 kg for superfoods to full containers for tiles and grains. Each product page lists its MOQ, and we keep trial orders accessible for first-time buyers. If a listed MOQ is above your trial volume, ask — we can often consolidate you into an LCL shipment.

Can you send samples before I order?

Yes — samples of any product across our six segments, so you can assess grade, finish and workmanship yourself. Courier charges are typically on the buyer; the sample cost is often adjusted against your first order.

I've never imported from India. Where do I start?

Can I order products not listed on your site?

Very often, yes. Our listed range is what we ship most, but our sourcing network across India's manufacturing clusters is broader. Tell us what you buy — we'll confirm within a couple of days whether we can source it to your spec, with indicative pricing.

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Advance T/T (commonly 30% advance, balance against shipping documents) or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight through a reputable bank. Terms become more flexible for established repeat buyers.

Which currency do you quote in?

Accepted Answer

USD by default; EUR on request for European buyers. The quotation currency, bank charges and validity period are all stated clearly on the Proforma Invoice.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our quotes are sharp because we source cluster-direct, but volume changes economics: larger or recurring commitments genuinely improve pricing. Annual-program buyers get the best terms — tell us your yearly volume and we'll quote against it.

Do you ship FOB or CIF?

Both — plus CFR and Ex-Works on request. We quote your preferred Incoterm and explain exactly what is included, so first-time buyers know where their responsibility begins.

Can I combine products in one container?

Yes — mixed-SKU and even mixed-segment consolidation is one of our core strengths, especially for tiles + sanitaryware and handicrafts. One container, one document set, many products.

How long will shipping take to my port?

Indicative ocean transits from West-coast India: Jebel Ali 5–7 days, Mombasa 12–16, Ho Chi Minh 14–18, Rotterdam 20–24, New York 24–28, Santos 28–33. Add production lead time (2–6 weeks by product) for door-to-door planning.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes — once your container is loaded we share the B/L number and carrier tracking link, plus proactive updates at loading, departure and arrival. You're never chasing us for status.

How do you control quality?

Accepted Answer

Vetted sourcing partners, lot-coded traceability, in-house testing per product type (moisture/purity for foods, GSM for fabrics, dimensions for castings) and pre-dispatch inspection with photos shared before the container is sealed.

Can I arrange third-party inspection?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — SGS, Intertek or your nominated agency can inspect at our facility or at the source factory before dispatch. For first orders in engineering and ceramics we actively recommend it.

What if goods arrive damaged or off-spec?

Every shipment is insured (mandatory on CIF; recommended and arrangeable on FOB). Off-spec claims are rare because specs are fixed in writing before production — but if something is wrong, document it at unloading and we resolve it: replacement, credit or claim support, case by case, quickly.

Which documents accompany a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading as standard — plus product-specific documents: phytosanitary and COA for agro, fumigation where required, insurance certificate on CIF orders, inspection reports for engineering goods.

Are you registered and certified for export?

Accepted Answer

Yes — IEC (DGFT), ISO 9001:2015, FSSAI, APEDA and Spices Board registrations, with Halal, Kosher, EU-compliance and US FDA (FSVP-ready) documentation arranged as your market requires. Certificate copies are shared at quotation stage.
